PolyU International Film Society Competition

Win a Movie Ticket (worth HK$50) for UA Cinemas!

There are two ways to win tickets.

1. Vote for the best discussion comment from the Eternal Sunshine Screening. Leave a comment on this post saying for example, 'Recording Number 1 is the best' . The person (s) who spoke on the recording with the most votes will win a ticket (s).

2. Leave a comment on this post saying why you think a recording was the best. Leave your name and student number / email address. The best comments will win a ticket.

Only PolyU students and staff members can enter. The Judges decision is final. If you are in a recording and want to have a chance to win, please leave a comment with your name and email address in the recordings post below.


All voting must take place by 27 April. Winners will be contacted individually.

I think recording number 6 is the best! This is because the speaker is quite clear, and is also enthusiatic about the movie. He also uses some good words

I think recording 2 is the best as the interviewee gives clear opinion about the movie. His opinion gives me a general picture of the story of the movie. I find it quite interesting. As i has missed the opportunity to watch it last time, I will try to search for the DVD.

No. 7 recording is the best. There's good interaction with the interviewer and the interviewee brings up films with similar theme on memory (Vanilla Sky) for discussion and comparison.

recording no. 6 is the best because the speaker shows his knowledge in movie appreciation. he could evolve some ideas instead of answering questions.
